Developers of the South Tunisian Gas Pipeline (STGP) insist the project is still due to be commissioned in September 2017. But sources say land disputes in the northern section of the route are likely to cause delays.

According to information supplied by project co-developer ETAP, Tunisia’s NOC, at a conference last month, the dispute involves rights-of-way issues in the regions of Médenine and Gabés.
