Pakistan struggles to find LNG terminal contractor

The ambitious timetable for building Pakistan’s second LNG terminal appears to have put off potential contractors, with only one company still in the running for the job.

Islamabad received just two bids for the contract, only one of which met the technical requirements, according to documents released by Pakistan LNG Terminals (PLT) last week.
