George O’Leary is an LNG expert and the vice president of oil services, E&C and coal research at United States energy investment firm Tudor Pickering Holt (TPH). He spoke to Interfax about where the estimated 70 mtpa of US LNG export capacity will be headed by 2020 and why the country is betting on higher crude prices to find new markets for its cargoes.
