An out-of-court settlement in Gazprom’s case with Polish importer PGNiG is still a possibility as the two sides prepare to meet again, Gazprom’s Deputy Chief Executive Alexander Medvedev said at a press conference on Tuesday.

Setting out Russia’s side in the long-running dispute, Medvedev said negotiators from Gazprom and PGNiG will meet this week to discuss adjustments to the long-term Yamal contract, which is set to run until 2022. PGNIG began arbitration proceedings at the Stockholm courts last May and said it had filed its case in February.
