Petroleb is a privately owned Lebanese company that has been prequalified to bid in Lebanon’s first oil and gas licensing round. Chief Operating Officer Naji Abi-Aad spoke to Interfax Natural Gas Daily about the long-delayed offshore licensing round and Petroleb’s hunt for acquisition targets.
