Rising interest in using LNG as a shipping fuel looks to have spurred Japan’s Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL) – one of the largest shipping companies in the world – to sign a joint study agreement (JSA) with Transborders Energy, which is pioneering a small-volume FLNG concept offshore Western Australia.
