Shanghai’s main energy company Shenergy Group plans to build a second LNG terminal in the city to ensure the availability of long-term gas supplies for local consumers and those in the wider Yangtze River Delta, the company’s Chairman Huang Dinan told Interfax on the sidelines of the LNG2019 conference on Friday.
