Azerbaijan plays its cards well in the Caucasus

Azerbaijan is having more success than its neighbours in playing the markets in the Caucasus, but other countries in the region have less flexibility, analysts say.

Several deals – and even more talk of potential deals – have emerged from the Caucasus in recent weeks, but customers are not necessarily securing lower prices – particularly from Russia.
