Sakhalin 2 LNG export volumes up but value drops

LNG exports from Russia’s Sakhalin 2 project rose by 21.2% year on year, to almost 5.4 mt, in the first half of 2016 but the value of LNG exports fell by 33.9% to about $1.7 billion.
