Russian regulator finds Gazprom guilty of market abuse

The Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has found a group consisting of Gazprom, Gazprom Komplektatsia and Gazprom Tsentrremont guilty of abusing its commanding position in the large-diameter pipe (LDP) market but has closed the case because the group volunteered to rectify the violations, FAS said.
