Qatar Petroleum (QP), the parent company of Qatargas, has yet to pick the IOCs it wants to partner with for the expansion of its liquefaction capacity. However, IOCs have less to offer Qatar than they have in previous projects, and the details of any partners’ future relationship with QP are unclear.
