The key issue: A regulatory setback has delayed the completion of Greece’s Alexandroupolis FSRU project, with startup now pushed back to the end of 2021.

Interfax analysis: The developer of Greece’s Alexandroupolis FSRU project, Gastrade, was supposed to open the binding phase for booking capacity at the facility in Q1 2019, but the company has yet to receive approval to do so from Greek energy regulator the RAE.
