SOCAR, Shah Deniz partners agree Phase 3

The multinational consortium developing the Shah Deniz gas field in Azerbaijan’s sector of the Caspian Sea has agreed to conduct exploration work under a potential third phase of the project, a representative of State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) told Interfax.
