The Ghanaian government has agreed a ‘Master Payment Plan’ with the West African Gas Pipeline Co. (WAPCO) in the hope of restoring gas imports to Ghana, Petroleum Minister Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah told Ghana’s Business and Financial Times.

WAPCO has said it will cut gas supplies via the pipeline until Ghana pays the $104 million it owes to the company.
