
The future of Europe’s LNG industry lies in small-scale plans and reloads, but companies must work together to ensure the sector flourishes, industry players have said.
Companies should look to collaborate to aggregate demand and achieve cost savings – particularly when buying fuel and even when ordering new LNG-fuelled vessels – said Jan Tellkamp, principal consultant for project management at risk consultancy DNV GL, at the LNG International Summit in Cannes this week.
