Trinidad and Tobago’s rising gas output will continue to benefit the country’s domestic gas sector as well as its LNG exports.
Developments such as Juniper, the Trinidad Onshore Compression project and the second phase of the Sercan development are all contributing towards the Trinidad’s gas production. However, Juniper’s impact is the most prominent. BP started commercial production from the project, which takes gas from the Corallita and Lantana fields, in August 2017.
