Kosmos Energy has announced in its Q3 results that it has partnered with Shell to explore blocks offshore Namibia and São Tomé and Principe.
The deal will see Kosmos take a stake in the Anglo-Dutch major’s PEL 39 block off Namibia, while Shell will take an interest in Kosmos’s acreage off São Tomé, which includes blocks 5, 6, 11 and 12.
