
The Nigerian state of Lagos is in advanced talks to acquire an FSRU as part of a local LNG-to-power initiative known as the Embedded Power Programme (EPP). The plan is intended to address the state’s power shortfall and, if successful, could lead to other Nigerian states pursuing similar devolved energy ventures.
