Latin America’s LNG landscape is changing fast, not least because several of the region’s key buyers are moving ahead with plans to export the fuel. The change of tack will become evident in 2019 when Argentina receives the region’s first FLNG vessel. Meanwhile, Mexico and Chile have their own plans for LNG exports, and Brazil could follow suit too.
