The weather will remain supportive of gas consumption in parts of Argentina and Brazil during the southern hemisphere winter.
Cold weather is expected to boost gas demand in the northern half of Argentina and the southern half of Brazil during the winter (June-August). Forecasts suggest the northern half of Argentina will see temperatures 3C below average in July 2018 compared with 2.5C above average in July 2017. Temperatures for the winter as a whole are forecast to be average compared with 2C above average last winter.
