Norwegian Petroleum Minister Kjell-Børge Freiberg and his Russian counterpart Dmitry Kobylkin signed an agreement on Thursday on the acquisition of seismic data in the former ‘grey zone’ between the two countries in the Barents Sea, the Norwegian government said in a note.
