Gas demand is declining in some of Europe’s major markets as the summer gets underway.

Gas consumption in major European markets has fallen in late Q2 and is expected to be weak over the coming months. The combined gas demand from Europe’s six largest markets is expected to fall by around 1.8% on an annual basis in Q3 to around 61.5 bcm.
