Further earthquakes have hit the Groningen area despite an additional output cut as pressure grows for action from the Dutch government.

Earthquakes with magnitudes of 2.0 and 2.2 on the Richter scale hit the Groningen area in early February, one of them in the Loppersum area. The Loppersum region is home to small plays that form part of the Netherlands’ Groningen field.
