Abu Dhabi National Oil Co. (ADNOC) has signed a framework agreement with Uzbekistan’s state-owned Uzbekneftegaz to provide strategic advice on upstream and downstream operations.
The agreement was signed at the ADIPEC conference in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday.
