Russia’s Gazprom is ready to discuss restarting gas imports from Turkmenistan, Chief Executive Alexei Miller said in an interview broadcast on Turkmen TV channel Vatan on Wednesday.
Following talks with Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov, Miller said Gazprom would begin “concrete, substantive negotiations” on resuming purchases of Turkmen gas.
