The European Commission has given market players in Romania and neighbouring countries just over four weeks to respond to a set of commitments put forward by Romanian transmission system operator (TSO) Transgaz. The pledges aim to address concerns over limited gas exports from Romania to neighbouring countries, particularly Bulgaria and Hungary.
