Russian independent Novatek hopes to be able to announce the equipment suppliers for its Arctic LNG 2 project in 2019, Interfax reported Valery Retivov, the head of the company’s procurement and localisation department, as saying on Tuesday.
“The projected timetable for holding tenders envisages that the majority will have been opened by the end of the year,” he said.
Retivov added that the tenders will be conducted on the online EPC-Business platform.
