Enel plans to sign a memorandum of understanding on the sale of the Marcinelle power plant to Gazprom on Friday at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Enel Chief Executive Fulvio Conti has told reporters.
The signing of a binding agreement on the transaction is expected in September or October.
