The energy ministers of Russia and Lebanon – Alexander Novak and Gebran Bassil – discussed the possibility of Russian companies participating in projects to develop oil and gas reserves off the coast of Lebanon, the Russian Energy Ministry said on Thursday.
Bassil told a press conference Russian companies Gazprom, Novatek, Rosneft and Lukoil have applied to bid at tenders for exploration rights.
