Gazprom has signed a memorandum of understanding with PetroVietnam to develop a gas field and power plant in Vietnam.
The document was signed in Sochi during an official visit to Russia by Nguyen Phu Trong, the general secretary of Vietnam’s Communist Party, the Kremlin press service said.
