Gas from the Browse Basin fields offshore Western Australia looks likely to hit the international LNG market early next decade following news of a soon-to-be signed deal on third-party tolling through the North West Shelf (NWS) project. 

“Alignment has been reached between the NWS participants on nonbinding key commercial terms and pricing for processing third-party gas through NWS infrastructure,” Woodside Chief Executive Peter Coleman said in the group’s Q2 results statement on 19 July. “A preliminary tolling agreement is expected between the NWS project participants and...
