
The diplomatic crisis between Qatar and many of its neighbouring states – which is now in its 10th month – raises important issues relating to legal disputes in the region. While its impact is largely limited to those with assets in both Qatar and the boycotting states, the issue could potentially affect oil and gas agreements.
