
Argentina’s booming output of unconventional gas means the country is now considering exporting LNG from a major port on its Atlantic coast.
Argentina has a healthy gas surplus during the southern hemisphere summer, meaning that LNG exports would be feasible if it were to build a liquefaction plant, something it could do in as little as two years.
