Gabon has opened a three-day symposium with industry stakeholders to discuss improvements to the country’s petroleum sector in an effort to boost investment, according to Agence Ecofin.

The workshop is expected to focus on Gabon’s legal and fiscal framework for petroleum investment, which is seen as unattractive in the low oil price environment.
