A consortium led by Total will submit a proposal to Lebanon’s government by the end of the month that will outline its plan for developing an onshore services base in the country, a Lebanese Petroleum Administration (LPA) official has told Interfax Natural Gas Daily.
“It’s up to them to propose something [to] us by the end of March,” said Nasser Hoteit, head of the LPA’s Technical and Engineering Department. “We have several areas in Lebanon that would be suitable for a supply base.”
