Independent, small-scale FLNG company Transborders Energy (TBE) is developing a new model for commercialising stranded offshore gas to sell free-on-board (FOB) to Asian buyers. Interfax Natural Gas Daily spoke to Managing Director Daein Chai about the company’s plans.
