Henry Hub moves higher even during shoulder months

The Henry Hub front-month futures price has room to strengthen further as market participants focus on the weakening outlook for gas production in the United States. The potential for the US to be in a gas glut at the end of the 2016 injection season remains a bearish factor, but it has had a limited effect on preventing the price from rising so far during the shoulder months (September-November).
