The main body responsible for oil and gas data transparency at the International Energy Forum (IEF) will allow data submitted by its member organisations to be circulated by third-party data vendors. 

The decision by the Joint Organisations Data Initiative (JODI) lays the foundation for more extensive analysis of the monthly figures and offers the prospect of oil, gas, LNG and – potentially in the future – coal fundamentals data being freely available on multiple platforms.
