Bahrain has entered talks with Halliburton for the country’s pre-Khuff gas development, in which the United States-based company hopes to become an investor, according to a manager at Bahrain Petroleum Co. (BAPCO). Halliburton has also been lined up for a contract to drill wells in the Khaleej Al-Bahrain Basin, which holds Bahrain’s largest oil and gas discovery.
