A slew of carbon reduction pledges by non-state actors at COP23 has left official negotiators scrambling to update climate targets.
The COP23 UN climate conference in Bonn, Germany is taking place between 6 and 17 November and features two zones. While negotiations are taking place between official delegations in the Bula Zone, side-events including non-state actors are under way in the Bonn Zone.
