Lundin Norway has been granted a drilling permit for wellbore 7219/12-2 A S in production licence 533 in the Barents Sea, the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate said in a note on Friday.
The well will be drilled from the Leiv Eiriksson drilling facility.
Lundin Norway is the operator with a 35% stake; Aker BP holds another 35% while DEA Norge has the remaining 30%.
