Rosneft and Lukoil have entered the Norwegian Barents Sea following the latest licensing round of the Scandinavian oil giant Statoil.
Rosneft said in a statement that RN Nordic Oil, a 100% indirect subsidiary of Rosneft, had received a 20% interest in Licence PL713, covering 121,300 hectares.
