North African pipeline deliveries to Europe inched up once again in Week 4, to 974.3 million cubic metres (MMcm), a rise of 1.5% week on week. Cold weather across southern Europe has kept gas demand high during the opening weeks of 2017, with nuclear outages in France adding to the market tightness.
