Zimbabwe IPP redesign pushed back to next year

Zimbabwe has pushed back its plans to redesign its framework governing independent power producers (IPPs), according to the Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority (ZERA).

Samuel Ngonidzashe Mutingwende, a financial analyst at ZERA, told Interfax Natural Gas Daily the regulator expects the IPP framework to be completed "maybe next year".
