There is a good reason why you do not announce your child’s name before they are born. It may be impossible to live up to.

The Caribbean FLNG barge was built for a cushy berth offshore Cartagena, the beautiful walled city on Colombia’s palm-fringed northern coast. However, it looks set to idle in the murky waters offshore Nantong, where the Yangtze River meets the East China Sea.
