Angola has pledged to restructure its state-controlled oil and gas insurance market, which has become notorious among operators for charging exorbitant premiums.

In a presidential dispatch published on 30 March, the government disbanded AAA Financial Services, the insurance company created by Angola’s state-owned oil company Sonangol.
