After seven days of talks at the UN COP21 climate meeting in Paris, the negotiating parties have signed off on a draft text that is expected to be finalised by Thursday and published on Friday.
"There are still many brackets [in the draft agreement] – it is a matter of choice now. [Negotiators] should have a global vision and go beyond national perspectives," Ban Ki-moon, UN secretary general, told the press on Monday.
