NBP day-ahead prices see dramatic volatility

The NBP day-ahead sank last week as strong supplies pushed prices down to lows of 21 p/th. Flows from Norway and the UK Continental Shelf, combined with LNG imports, were enough to leave the UK oversupplied despite exports to the Continent. The dramatic fall saw prices drop by roughly 20% in just two days.
