The Philippine Department of Energy is set to make a decision next week on a joint proposal from China National Offshore Oil Corp. and Phoenix Petroleum Philippines to build an LNG terminal in the Philippines, The Manila Times reported on Wednesday, quoting Philippine Energy Secretary Alfonso Cusi.
“Hopefully, toward the weekend I will have the report on my table and we will be able to make the decision next week,” said Cusi.
