China National Offshore Oil Corp. (CNOOC) started construction work on the Zhangzhou LNG terminal in Fujian province on 30 September, CNOOC said on Monday.
The first phase will have receiving capacity of 3 mtpa and include two 160,000 cubic metre storage tanks and a wharf. Construction is scheduled to be completed in September 2021.
